magic menus

here is a sharp develop generated example of how to use the menus from the magic library:

the only hard thing about it is that neither sharpdevelop nor microsoft visual studio are enabled to generate the code for the menu as it lacks complete designer support. it is not a big problem since adding items is straight forward. i also do not show using images on the menus even though the library is capable of doing so. this is because i have not got the hang of using resource files with sharpdevelop.
